The Sir Mo Farah Foundation has announced the launch of the Mo Farah Academy in conjunction with Brunel University and St Mary's University College, Twickenham, set up to support homegrown sporting talent.

Both universities are to receive scholarships worth up to £4k each year for four athletes and Farah commented 'If it wasn't for the close network of people offering me support and guidance during my earlier years, then I might not have become the athlete I am today. I am incredibly proud and excited to be launching this programme'.
